Online Supervision
Hello. My name is Marléne Shaw. I am a qualified (Level 6) supervisor.I live in the UK.
It gives me great joy to help supervisees explore the processes that occur within their therapeutic relationships.
I value my role as supervisor; encouraging supervisees to become aware of the bigger picture, to experience those “ aha” moments, and to be continually reviewing and exploring their practice creatively.
I also enjoy helping counsellors to continually develop themselves as professionals, and in turn, to promote the well–being and continued development of their clients.
I have found working with supervisees online has been successful using Skype; particluarly for those counsellors who are living in remote areas or for those counsellors who are having difficulty finding an English speaking supervisor within their location.

Below are details of my online supervision model. 
Supervision session times are the usual 1.5 hours. We can negotiate this to suit your needs.
My fee for Skype supervision is £60 per 1.5 hours.
I will provide you with a supervision contract at the commencement of our work.
Online Supervision Model
I always aim to offer supervisees the core conditions of acceptance, empathy and genuineness so that we can establish a supportive environment, characterized by trust and authenticity.
It is important to me that you feel safe enough to explore and reflect on your work with clients.
I see our supervision process as offering you a container for your counselling relationships, within a therpaeutic triad.
I find many supervisees enjoy working in a creative mode, and I use an online whiteboard for educative purposes if this is something you enjoy.
I also find that creative use of metaphor and narrative can be accomplished quite easily online and that supervisees enjoy experimenting creatively to consider their counselling relationships.
