I am a qualified (Level 6) supervisor. I currently have some spaces for qualified counsellors and student counsellors seeking supervision.

Enquiries from other professionals are also welcome, for example healthcare professionals, who feel they would benefit from a safe space to reflect on their practice.

Below are details of my supervision model.

Supervision session times are 1.5 hours. We can negotiate this to suit your needs.

My fee for supervision is £60 per 1.5 hours.

I will provide you with a supervision contract at the commencement of our work.

 

Supervision Model

I always aim to offer supervisees the core conditions of acceptance, empathy and genuineness so that we can establish a supportive environment, characterized by trust and authenticity.

It is important to me that you feel safe enough to explore and reflect on your work with clients.

I see our supervision process as offering you a container for your counselling relationships, within a therpaeutic triad.

I am integrative in my supervision practice having experience in various areas.

I find many supervisees enjoy working in a creative mode, and I use a whiteboard for educative purposes if this is something you enjoy.

I also find that the creative use of metaphor and narrative can offer an opportunity to enjoy experimenting creatively to consider counselling relationships.
